Open Burn Permits Suspended as of April 29, 2021
Starting April 2, 2021, Pinal County Air Quality will only issue 3-day open burning permits.
Pinal County Air Quality will suspend the issuance of all open burning permits starting April 29, 2021, and continuing until further notice.
Annual Agricultural burn permits can be issued as long as they are processed on or before April 30, 2021.
